San Siro Condo Design

INTERIOR DESIGN IN SAN SIRO DISTRICT, MILAN, LOMBARDY, ITALY

ABOUT
THIS PROJECT
DISPACE, for this Interior Design project in Milan, worked to create a warm and elegant open space. We can say that the key to reading this work lies in the details, especially when looking for minimalism. This is exactly the concept our team came up with for this minimalist suburban home. Our clients, a young couple with two children, bought a new house, in a suburb of Milan, which didn’t suit their tastes but had potential and enough space for the whole family. Our customers turned to us to create a space that allowed the head of the family to work comfortably from home, as well as providing the common and shared space of the family. Furthermore, those who cook are no longer isolated but are at the center of the scene and will remain with the rest of the family, around the large central island.
WHAT
WE DID IT
The large open space, which combines the living room and dining room with kitchen in a single space, has unique and characteristic details such as floating shelves and uniform light. These features designed by DISPACE make the house suitable for a large family. Our design team has embarked on a total renovation to offer customers the home of their dreams. In addition to open space, their requests were to hide the old and unsightly roller shutter bins and to give the space a new identity with a new lighting. DISPACE has hidden the boxes with plasterboard elements that are both a frame and a base for the new LED lighting.
HOW
WE DID IT
For this apartment, in the San Siro district of Milan, DISPACE has developed an Interior Design project to create a warm and elegant open space. To achieve this, the design was linked to other interior design consultancy services, including the selection of finishes, materials, furnishings and accessories. All of this completely transformed a dreary house into a modern minimalist home. Understanding the style of our customers was essential to understand which details should stand out the most to make a difference in the design of this house.
